We follow the physical and mental training curriculum provided by the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) system.
ITF Taekwon-Do is a Martial Art, a Sport, a Way of Life and a Tool for Social Development. With member schools in 90 countries and nearly 1 million students training, the ITF is the original world governing body for Taekwon-Do.
Black Belts certified at Triumph Taekwon-Do are recognised at ITF schools around the world.
We have a focus on developing strong martial arts skills and practical self defence skills balanced with the “sport” or competition aspect of our art.
In Canada, ITF Taekwon-Do is used as a tool for social development by helping people to improve their lives to become confident, strong, productive, positive members of society.
