Can you say “ROAD TRIP!!”?
Get ready to see B.C. and Alberta like you’ve never seen them before – sit back and relax in comfort and style on our chartered bus, complete with video system. It will be a pizza party on the return trip. This is going to be a super way to just hang out for 3 days with your child(ren).
At this point, it looks like a round trip price for the bus will be around $90 to $100 per person which includes a pizza party on the way home! Once in Prince George, the bus will be used to shuttle people from hotel to venue. These buses seat around 50+ and will be equipped with washroom and video screens to show movies while driving.
For comparison, airfare to Prince George is around $410 right now on seat sales. Once there, you will need a rental car, taxi or shuttle to get to the hotel and to/from the venue.
We are proposing the following itineraries:
· Leave from Triumph Dojang on Friday May 30/14 at 8:00 am
· Arrive in Prince George around 8:00pm on Friday May 30/14.
· Check into the hotel, have a good rest and be ready for competition.
· Bus takes everyone to the venue at 8:00am on Saturday May 31/14. Competition ends around 6pm.
· Bus loads from venue and departs around 6pm. Stops at a pizza shop on the way out of town (to be planned in advance) and PIZZA PARTY on the bus!
· Arrive in Port Coquitlam around 7:00am on Sunday.
- Only one hotel night at around $130 per room.
- Only Friday off work.
- Sleep on the bus and still have most of Sunday to rest and recover.
We can organize a post-event team dinner on Sunday back at home if people are interested.
We will be firming up seat prices and the itinerary over the next few weeks and looking for commitments by the end of March/14. If you are interested, please let us know. Contact us at 604-944-5425 or stop in at the front desk.
